- To verify your identity, the agent will request a government issued form of ID (Driver's License, State ID, Military ID).
- The Passport Acceptance Agent (PAA) will witness your signature on the DS-11. The PAA will then stamp, sign and seal it inside of a government authorized envelope that they will provide. The fee for this service is $35.
- Notify the Passport Acceptance Agent that you are using a third party expediting service to "hand carry" your application.
- The Passport Acceptance Agent will return the sealed envelope to you. At that point, you will send this sealed envelope, along with the required extra copies, to our courier through the pre-paid FedEx label provided in your Step 2 email.Do not leave this visit without your sealed envelope.
- Only use the Pre-Paid Shipping Label from Federal Express to send your documents. Do not use the US Post Office, UPS, or any other form of shipping, as this will greatly delay your order.
- Do not open the sealed envelope to include an additional item. Once the package has been sealed, it can only be opened by a Passport Agency. If a sealed envelope has been opened, it will not be accepted at the US Department of State.
- Write Applicant Name, Date of Birth, and Departure Date on the outside of the sealed envelope.
